By using the mm08 platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms.
This page sets out the terms, conditions, and responsibilities that apply when using the mm08 service. Please read and understand these terms fully before accessing the mm08 platform, opening an account, or playing any games. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Account Registration and Management

1.2 One Account Per Person
A player may open only one account at mm08. To prevent multi-account play, any additional accounts sharing the same address, phone number, or payment method will all be closed, and any remaining balances and bonuses associated with those accounts may be forfeited.
1.3 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their own login credentials secure. mm08 is not liable for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account. Never share your password with anyone to avoid losing access to your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 Deposit Methods
mm08 accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. Payments made through any other method cannot be accepted.
- Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks
- Deposit fees and charges may vary depending on the payment provider's policy
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account held in the account owner's own name
2.2 Withdrawals
Players may only withdraw funds to their own verified payment method.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
- Account verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed
- The required wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
2.3 Payment Verification
mm08 reserves the right to carry out necessary checks in the event of any delay or dispute involving deposits or withdrawals. If a transaction is suspected to involve fraud, it may be suspended immediately.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at mm08 can receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, players must meet a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount.
Another example — deposit 140,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total of 240,000 Ks. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
3.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a set expiry date, after which it will expire
- Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses — each individual bonus has its own terms and conditions
- The account receiving a bonus must be verified
- If mm08 determines that a promotion has been abused, the bonus may be voided and related action may be taken
3.3 VIP Program
The mm08 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are as follows —
- Bronze — up to 0.4% of weekly losses
- Silver — up to 0.8% of weekly losses
- Gold — up to 1.2% of weekly losses
A player's VIP tier may increase based on their play history. Cashback bonuses are bonus funds and a wagering requirement must be met before they can be withdrawn.
Game Rules and Fair Play
4.1 Prohibited Actions
Players must strictly avoid the following actions while playing at mm08 —
- Deliberately exploiting bonuses through structured play patterns (Bonus Abuse)
- Using software or bots to influence or control game outcomes
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Lending or renting your account to a third party
- Any activity related to money laundering
4.2 Irregular Game Results
If a technical issue, software error, or irregular play occurs, mm08 reserves the right to void related payments and reset the affected round. Payouts resulting from a game technical error do not constitute a legal entitlement for the player.

Responsible Gaming Policy
5.1 21+ Age Restriction

Limitation of Liability and Service Violations
7.1 Service Limitations
mm08 reserves the right to suspend or shut down its platform at any time, with or without prior notice. mm08 is not responsible for any losses arising from server failures, communication outages, or third-party service interruptions.
7.2 Force Majeure
If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, political events, legal changes, or technical factors, mm08 does not accept liability for such events. Service will be restored as quickly as possible once the situation has passed.
7.3 Player Dispute Submission
If a player has a dispute regarding a result or a financial matter, they may file a complaint through 24/7 customer support. mm08 will investigate the case and respond as quickly as possible.

Account Suspension / Closure
8.1 Grounds for Suspension / Closure
mm08 may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following situations—
- When there is clear evidence of a violation of these terms and conditions
- When false information is found to have been provided during account registration
- When activity is suspected to be related to money laundering
- When the player themselves requests account closure
8.2 Handling of Remaining Balance
If an account is closed at the player's own request and not due to a violation, any verified funds in the account will be returned once the review is complete. Bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements in accounts closed due to violations may be forfeited.
Terms Amendments and Language of Use
9.1 Right to Amend
mm08 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with or without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the changes.
9.2 Language and Governing Law
The original language of these terms and conditions is Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation, the original Burmese version shall prevail. Disputes will be handled impartially through mm08's customer support.
